Marketing Analyst
Catalyst Online is seeking a hard working marketing professional to help launch and maintain Paid Search campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Create Ad copy for Campaigns
- Aid in Campaign Management
- Oversee and produce technical operations for campaign
- 2-3 years of prior marketing experience
- Previous search marketing experience is preferred
- Previous agency experience or client interaction is strongly preferred
- Proficient technical skills
- Operational knowledge of online marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of marketing
- Intermediate client communication skills
- Knowledge of Sales marketing
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Account Director/Marketing Strategist
We are currently seeking a hardworking professional to manage and successfully implement search engine marketing campaigns for our client base. This person will lead a virtual team to develop, implement, and analyze search engine marketing campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Create Ad copy for Campaigns
- Aid in Campaign Management
- Oversee and produce technical operations for campaign
- Understand the client's product, their markets, their competitors, and their marketing objectives and goals.
- Identify and develop the most effective and cost-efficient search engine strategy to achieve the client's objectives and goals.
- Insure the strategy is integrated with the client's holistic marketing strategy.
- Coordinate and optimize paid search marketing strategies with organic search marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign results to evaluate the success of the search marketing strategy, and recommend changes as needed.
- Write client reports to keep them updated on the status of their campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, and develop a strong client relationship.
- Responsible for the renewal of client accounts, and for identifying new sales opportunities within the client's business.
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience preferred
- Previous search engine marketing is preferred
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Search Project Manager
The Search Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the search marketing campaign implementation and for communicating the status/progress both internally and to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong, positive relationships with all client and client agency team members
- Fully understand the marketing and search goals of our clients
- Assist in establishing the search marketing plan and key metrics
- Create and update successful implementation plans
- Interact with client, client agencies and internal resources in day-to-day activities (e.g., setting expectations, follow-through, etc.)
- Work effectively with organic and paid team by managing their daily tasks, progress and deadlines
- Review and if needed, edit deliverables sent to the client
- Identify and communicate project scope requirements and issues
- Complete monthly status and performance reporting
- Manage to budget
- Participate in PM process and internal tool improvements
- Provide input on annual reviews for project resources
Education
- BA/BS degree required in Marketing, IT or a related field
- 0-5 years experience in project management in an internet environment (positions are available at various levels of experience)
- Strong attention to detail

The Search Marketing Specialist is focused on learning SEO and SEM. He/She will be expected to read publications, attend training and seminars/webinars. He/She will work on assigned accounts and obtain SMDs input on SEO/ SEM strategy. However, they will be the primary authors for all SEO recommendations and the linking strategy.
